This project addresses the critical challenge of pedagogical data deficiency faced by the researcher following a recent transfer from an administrative posting. The primary issue identified is the lack of a systematic, indexed repository of past examination papers (koleksi soalan), which compromises the capacity to apply a data-oriented approach in assessment planning. This deficit specifically hinders the granular labeling of questions by HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) level, a prerequisite for the efficient and accurate construction of the Jadual Spesifikasi Ujian (JSU), localized to the specific socio-cultural trends of SMK Gunsanad.
The intervention developed is a custom Google Apps Script solution that establishes a robust automation pipeline. This working script successfully transfers structured resource data from a centralized Google Sheet database to both Google Forms (for controlled, indexed data input) and Google Docs (for systematic report generation). Furthermore, the application is designed to streamline non-teaching routines, including the management and documentation of student support, intervention, and follow-up activities.
The immediate result is the successful deployment of a technical infrastructure that enables the rapid compilation and classification of academic resources. This automated process facilitates precise selection of HOTS-categorized questions for JSU development, thereby enhancing the researcher's efficiency, promoting data-validated assessment practices, and establishing a scalable framework for continuous pedagogical improvement. Thus the form of sheet2form.
